[NVG] Could you introduce yourself? Could you tell us about your property?

I’m Véronique Vidoni, co-founder of the Fahrenheit Seven group and Creative Director in charge of the interior design of our properties. With a passion for design and hospitality, I’ve always been committed to creating living spaces that combine aesthetics with a welcoming atmosphere, where every detail is carefully considered to deliver an experience that feels both immersive and inviting.

°Fahrenheit Seven Courchevel perfectly embodies this philosophy. This four-star hotel, located at the foot of the slopes in Courchevel Moriond, was designed to reinterpret the spirit of the mountains through a contemporary design approach and a relaxed atmosphere, staying true to the Fahrenheit Seven DNA. We envisioned a modern, vibrant and welcoming destination, designed for a new generation of travellers.

[NVG] Could you tell us about this project? What was the story behind it?

The °Fahrenheit Seven Courchevel project was driven by my desire to create spaces where our guests instantly feel at home, thanks to a design-led environment that is both contemporary and welcoming. As the founder of our hotel concept and the person responsible for the interior design of our properties, I have always believed that special attention should be given to décor and atmosphere, as they play a key role in shaping the guest experience.

Although the Courchevel hotel underwent a complete renovation in 2017, it felt essential to begin renewing part of the furniture, which is subject to intensive use throughout each winter season.

[NVG] What role does design play in the story of your hotel?

Since the creation of °Fahrenheit Seven, I’ve always believed in creating places with soul—spaces that leave a lasting impression. My goal is to immerse our guests in a carefully curated world where they can truly unwind, relax and disconnect from everyday life.

The interior design of our hotels—from the choice of furniture, colours, fabrics and materials to the overall atmosphere—plays a vital role in achieving that vision. It’s equally important to ensure that each property reflects its surroundings and the unique character of its location.

[NVG] What inspired this project?

All of our mountain properties share the same philosophy: creating warm, cosy interiors that provide the perfect retreat from the cold outside. That’s why we prioritise comfortable, durable materials and fabrics that are as practical as they are inviting.

Sharing and togetherness are also at the heart of every space we design. Choosing the right seating is essential, whether it’s deep, enveloping armchairs that invite guests to sink in and relax, or elegant dining chairs that enhance the experience of enjoying a meal together in one of our restaurants. Rounded silhouettes have become a defining design trend in recent seasons, and they fit perfectly with the welcoming, contemporary atmosphere we strive to create.

[NVG] What do you think of NV GALLERY furniture?

It was love at first sight. I’ve always been impressed by the quality of the shapes, finishes and craftsmanship. The fabrics are perfectly suited to the demands of the hospitality industry, while the collections evolve constantly to reflect the latest design trends. With new pieces introduced several times a year, there’s always something fresh to discover.

[NVG] Which NV GALLERY piece is your favourite?

The GIULIA collection is definitely my favourite. I love its soft, rounded silhouette and exceptional comfort, as well as the wide range of bouclé fabric options that create the cosy, cocooning atmosphere I’m always looking to achieve.

I’m also particularly fond of the RAY chair. It’s the perfect piece for bringing an elegant yet inviting feel to our restaurant, and thanks to the extensive choice of upholstery, we can mix and match fabrics to create a space with real personality.
