The FRANCESCA chair asserts its sculptural character through a graphic design inspired by a tripod base. The two rear legs, positioned close together at the centre of the seat, extend up to the backrest, forming a double structural line. At their tips, polished stainless steel details adorn the structure like jewellery, catching the light and contrasting with the warmth of the solid ash stained walnut. At the front, two offset legs frame the seat and emphasise its distinctive silhouette. Generously upholstered, the seat and rounded backrest are clad in moss-green chenille velvet. The Francesca chair is sold in sets of two. Supplied unassembled, the chair rests on a three-point balance: particular care is advised with young children to avoid any risk of tipping.
