In the 1920s, this peaceful area was created by the painter Jacques Morelle, who had his studio there. After his death, the garden fell into disrepair until 1980, when the property’s villa and garden were bought and restored by Yves Saint Laurent. The Majorelle Garden is a little oasis of peace, ideal for a moment of relaxation. Here you can take a walk on a cerulean blue path through tall palm trees and cactuses, basins, and fountains. A beautiful vibrant desert atmosphere right in the middle of the city!
